Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. cooked corn
- 2 c. cooked potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
Method
- Cook bacon until crisp.
- Set aside.
- Saute onions and add to remaining ingredients.
- Heat to boiling, then simmer.
- Crumble bacon over chowder before serving.
