Ingredients
- 3 pkg. ladyfingers
- 1 pt. (2 c.) all-purpose medium cream
- 1 (8 oz.) and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (20 to 21 oz.) can strawberry pie filling (any brand)
Method
- Separate ladyfingers into single layers.
- Line sides and bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan; press them in firmly.
- (I spray sides and bottom of pan with Pam.)
- Set aside.
