- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 9 cloves minced garlic
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained
- pinch of dried crushed red pepper
- 1 lb. gnocchi pasta or small shell pasta
- 1 stalk broccoli florets
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (approximately 1 1/2 oz.)
Method
- To start this meal right, prepare an easy-to-assemble platter of purchased caponata (eggplant relish), Italian olives, roasted peppers and seeded breadsticks.
- Finish up dinner by drizzling sliced oranges with some Grand Marnier.
