Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream

Method

  • Brown beef and drain.
  • Saute bell pepper and onion.
  • Add all other ingredients, except sour cream.
  • Heat, but do not boil.
  • Add sour cream just before serving.
  • Serve as a dip or as a main dish over extra rice.
