Ingredients
- 3 lb. or 12 white potatoes
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
Method
- Peel, cut and boil the potatoes.
- Mash and season with salt, pepper and margarine.
- Mix in sour cream and softened cream cheese.
- Mix well.
- Put in casserole and refrigerate until ready to use or overnight.
- (Can be frozen.)
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
- You can use low-fat ingredients.
