Ingredients
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 sticks margarine
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 bananas
- 1 qt. strawberries
- 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
Method
- Melt 1 stick margarine.
- Mix with crumbs and press into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Combine remaining margarine with sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Beat 15 minutes.
- Pour onto crumb mixture.
- Layer pineapple and bananas, then berries.
- Top with Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
