Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 qt. strawberries
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Method

  • Melt 1 stick margarine.
  • Mix with crumbs and press into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Combine remaining margarine with sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • Beat 15 minutes.
  • Pour onto crumb mixture.
  • Layer pineapple and bananas, then berries.
  • Top with Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
