Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small pkg. frozen Tater Tots
Method
- Pat uncooked ground chuck into casserole dish.
- Sprinkle onion on beef.
- Spread undiluted soup over beef and onion.
- Layer Tater Tots on top.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
