Ingredients
- 7 oz. Gouda cheese
- 4 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls
- Grey Poupon mustard
Method
- Remove red wax from cheese.
- Spread out pastry and press seams together.
- Coat cheese ball with mustard.
- Wrap dough around prepared cheese; seal seams.
- Place, seam side down, on baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with cheese knife and crackers.
- Serves 4 to 6.
