Ingredients

  • 1 whole Cantaloupe
  • 12 whole Cherry Or Plum Tomatoes (you Want Them To Be Round)
  • 1/4 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Feta Cheese

Method

  • Cut cantaloupe in half. Scoop out seeds. Use a melon baller to scoop out all of the cantaloupe.
  • Cut the tomatoes in half. If they are too big, you may need to quarter them.
  • Slice basil thinly.
  • Mix together cantaloupe balls, tomatoes and basil. Drizzle olive oil in and season with salt and pepper. Mix in feta.
  • Refrigerate for about one hour before serving so all the ingredients meld together perfectly!
