Ingredients
- 2 cups flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1 large clove garlic, peeled
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch red pepper flake
Method
- Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until creamy.
