Ingredients
- apples
- small amount water
- sugar to taste
- salt
- spices (if you desire)
Method
- Wash, peel, core and quarter apples.
- Simmer, covered, in small amount of water until tender.
- Press apples through sieve. Sweeten sauce to taste (about 1/2 cup sugar to four apples).
- Use a small amount of salt and spices, if you desire.
- Serve with meat.
- Use as many apples as you'd like.
