Ingredients
- 1 chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
- 1 c. seedless white grapes
- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. curry powder or to taste
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Cook chicken; remove from bone and cut into bite-size pieces. Mix chicken, grapes, chestnuts, celery and slivered almonds.
- Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice and soy sauce; add to chicken and mix well.
- Chill.
- Serves 12 to 15.
