Ingredients
- 50 g parma ham
- 30 g mild cheddar cheese
- 50 g gem lettuce
- 10 ml canola oil
Method
- Remove the fat from the Parma ham and thinly slice.
- Cube the Cheddar (1cm or so).
- Wash the lettuce and separate the leaves. Tear the leaves do not cut.
- Mix all together in a bowl and drizzle oil and serve.
