Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Method
- Mix ingredients well.
- Bake at 375° for 40 minutes, or until set in the middle.
