Ingredients
- 10 ounces tuna steaks (2@5oz each)
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
Method
- Season steaks with salt, pepper, & lemon juice.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Place non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tuna & lower heat.
- Cook 4-5 minutes until well browned on one side.
- Turn over & cook 2-3 minutes more.
