Ingredients
- 3 cups Diced Celery
- 2 cups Diced Onion
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 cups Flour
- 4 cups Chicken Stock
- 1/2 cups Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1 cup Diced Cooked Chicken Meat
- 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
- Optional Garnishes (See Instructions For Suggestions)
Method
- In a large stockpost, saute celery and onions in butter over medium high heat for 3 to 5 minutes, until softened.
- Add garlic and saute another minute. Stir in flour and cook another minute or two, until flour is absorbed.
- Add chicken stock and hot sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chicken and Greek yogurt.
- Serve warm. Garnish as desired.
- Garnish suggestions: blue cheese crumbles, diced chicken, hot sauce, Greek yogurt.
