Ingredients
- ice cubes
- 30 ml (1 oz) brandy
- 30 ml (1 oz) Calvados
- 30 ml (1 oz) sweet vermouth
- apple slices
Method
1. Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the brandy, Calvados and vermouth, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with apple slices.
