Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 c. Jiffy mix (biscuit)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 can chili peppers
- 1 (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese (plain for wimps, peppered for the brave)
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients together.
- Cover chili peppers and slice cheese.
- Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan; pour 1/2 mixture in pan. Top with peppers and cheese; add remainder.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until done.
