Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
Method
- Cut cheese into cakes and melt.
- Place sausage, Bisquick and cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. You can freeze these.
