Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. lime Jell-O
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 medium size can crushed pineapple, drained
Method
- Make lime Jell-O; chill until it is the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
- Beat with mixer until it gets foamy; gradually add bits of softened cream cheese and beat well.
- Add sour cream and continue beating.
- Blend in crushed pineapple; pour into mold and refrigerate.
