- 1 lb. ground chuck or beef, browned and drained
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- onion to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. table salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 or 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
Method
- Brown and drain ground chuck or beef; then add onion, pepper, garlic salt, table salt, sugar and tomato sauce.
- Simmer.
- Cook and drain noodles.
- Mix sour cream and cream cheese.
