Ingredients
- 4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. salad oil
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring
Method
- The night before, mix together oatmeal, brown sugar and oil. Next morning, mix in beaten eggs, salt and almond flavoring.
- Drop from teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet and bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
