Ingredients

  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz. French onion dip
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • chopped tomatoes, lettuce and onion
  • 1 pkg. Tostitos or nacho chips
  • 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Mix cream cheese and onion dip.
  • Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
  • Brown ground beef; drain.
  • Add taco mix and spread evenly over cheese mixture.
  • Next layer on top the tomatoes, lettuce, onion and cheese.
  • Chill.
  • Let sit at room temperature 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with chips.
