Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. stewing beef
- 1 c. cut up carrots
- 2 large cut up potatoes
- 1 can peas
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 can tomato soup plus 1 can water
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
Method
- Place pieces of kielbasa in a skillet with 1/2 cup chopped scallions.
- Add 1 cup water and enough red wine to cover them and cook until kielbasa are heated.
- Remove them and cook down the wine a bit.
- Then spoon the sauce over the kielbasa.
