Ingredients
- 5 large baking potatoes (2 1/2 lb.)
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun spice
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Slice each potato as you like for fries.
- Coat baking (cookie) sheet with 3 sprays of vegetable oil (Pam).
- Combine egg whites and the Cajun spice in a bowl; beat. Add potatoes.
- Mix well.
- Put potatoes on baking sheet, adding liquid off them.
- Leave space between each.
- (I use 2 cookie sheets.)
- Place shelves at lowest position in oven.
- Turn every 8 minutes for about 45 to 60 minutes.
- Let them brown evenly.
- These have only the calories of baked potatoes because they have no fats!
