Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Lemon Jelly Powder
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits in juice, drained, divided
  • Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Method

  • Stir 1 pkg.
  • (85g) Jell-O Lemon Jelly Powder into 1 cup boiling water, until completely dissolved.
  • Add 1 cup pineapple juice and pour into lightly greased 13 X 9 inch pan.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until completely set.
  • To SERVE, break jelly into small flakes with a fork, set aside.
  • Fill each dessert dish with 1/4 cup drained pineapple tidbits, then pile flaked jelly onto fruit.
  • Top with more fruit and Cool Whip Topping if desired.
