Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. red wine
- 1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
- 2 1/2 lb. Angus beef roast
- Onions
- Potatoes
- Carrots
Method
- Rinse and pat roast dry.
- Blend soup, wine and onion soup mix.
- Put roast in large piece of heavy foil. Pour soup mix over roast.
- Place potatoes, carrots, and onions around roast.
- Seal foil.
- Bake in 350° oven for 5 to 5 1/2 hours.
- Serves 4.
