Ingredients
- 1 qt. ground pork
- 3 cups shiitake mushrooms, sliced, cooked and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger, minced
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 2 cups Kraft Oriental Sesame Dressing, divided
- 90 each won ton wrappers
- 2 each eggs, beaten
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
- Add 1 cup (250 mL) dressing (or 1/2 cup [125 mL] dressing for trial recipe); mix lightly.
- Spoon 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) of the meat mixture onto centre of each won ton wrapper.
- Brush edges of wrappers with egg.
- Gather 4 corners of each wrapper at top to enclose filling; pinch points together to secure.
- Arrange pot stickers, in batches, in bamboo steamer over pot of boiling water; steam 9 to 10 min.
- or until meat mixture is cooked through.
- Serve with remaining dressing.
