Ingredients
- 1 frying chicken (about 3 lb.), cut
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Method
- Wash and dry chicken.
- Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Coat each chicken piece evenly with flour mixture.
- Roll each chicken piece in melted butter.
- Place chicken in single layer, skin side down, in a greased shallow baking pan.
- Bake in a preheated 400° oven about 1 hour, turning once at the end of 30 minutes.
- Serves 4.
