Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 egg
- 1/8 c. milk
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- crackers (saltine; as much as needed)
- butter or margarine (several pats)
Method
- Combine corn, egg, milk, salt and pepper.
- Break up some crackers and fold into corn mixture.
- Put into casserole dish. Crumble some crackers over the top and put a few pats of butter on the top.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
