Ingredients
- 16 oz. frozen strawberries
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 c. skim milk
- 1 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
Method
- In food processor, pulse berries to chop. Add juice concentrate.
- Puree.
- Add milk and yogurt.
- Blend.
- Serves 6.
