- 1 c. uncooked regular rice
- assorted chicken pieces
- 1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 can onion rings
Method
- Place rice in bottom of baking dish; arrange chicken on top. Combine the soup, green pepper, water, soy sauce, ginger and 1/2 can onion rings and pour over chicken and rice.
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Top with remaining 1/2 can onion rings. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
