Ingredients

  • 1 c. uncooked regular rice
  • assorted chicken pieces
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 can onion rings

Method

  • Place rice in bottom of baking dish; arrange chicken on top. Combine the soup, green pepper, water, soy sauce, ginger and 1/2 can onion rings and pour over chicken and rice.
  • Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  • Top with remaining 1/2 can onion rings. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
