Ingredients
- orange roughy fillets
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 lemon
Method
- Heat your grill to high heat.
- Pour yourself a glass of wine. Wash the fish and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Slice lemon and chop onion and pepper into bite size pieces.
- Arrange fish on a layer of tinfoil and add lemon slices, peppers and onions.
- Place a top layer of tin foil over the fish and seal shut.
- Place on hot grill for 15 minutes.
- Pour yourself another glass of wine and enjoy.
