Ingredients

  • Leftover turkey breast cut into small peices
  • 1/2 can of black bean's
  • sharp cheddar cheese
  • pepper jack cheese
  • medium salsa
  • ready made pie crust dough
  • sour cream
  • guacamole
  • limes

Method

  • combine turkey, some salsa, a handful of each cheese and the black beans in a bowl. Toss the ingredient's.
  • Cut dough into 6 inch circles.
  • Fill each circle with turkey- black bean mixture, fold over and press edges of dough to seal. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole and lime's.
