- 1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
- yellow food coloring (optional)
- whipping cream or whipped topping
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand, ReaLemon brand and food coloring, if desired.
- Pour into prepared pastry shell.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Cool; chill.
- Spread with whipping cream.
- Garnish as desired.
- Preparation time:
- 10 minutes.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
