Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. orange or lemon jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. juice from pineapple or apricots
- 1 (No. 2) can apricots, cut and drained
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 small container Cool Whip
Method
- Mix orange or lemon jello, boiling water, juice from pineapple or apricots, apricots and pineapple.
- Let set until syrupy, uncovered.
- Whip cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
- Add to previous mixture.
- Fold in pecans; cover and refrigerate.
