Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. orange or lemon jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. juice from pineapple or apricots
  • 1 (No. 2) can apricots, cut and drained
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3/4 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 small container Cool Whip

Method

  • Mix orange or lemon jello, boiling water, juice from pineapple or apricots, apricots and pineapple.
  • Let set until syrupy, uncovered.
  • Whip cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
  • Add to previous mixture.
  • Fold in pecans; cover and refrigerate.
