Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, boiled
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 strip cooked bacon (per potato)
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 chopped onion
Method
- Wash, then cut the okra into 1/4-inch slices.
- Bread with white cornmeal, salt and pepper. Get your liquid oil good and hot. Deep fat fry
- until golden brown. The more well done, the more we like it.
