Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) box orange gelatin
  • 1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 12 oz. 7-Up
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Method

  • Mix Jell-Os and boiling water until Jell-O dissolved.
  • In small amounts, add cream cheese.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Add pineapple (juice and all) and oranges which have been cut in 2 pieces if large.
  • Add a small amount of orange juice.
  • Add 7-Up.
  • Pour into an 11 x 7 (or about this size) pan.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  • Chill until firm.
