Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) box orange gelatin
- 1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 small can mandarin oranges
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 12 oz. 7-Up
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Method
- Mix Jell-Os and boiling water until Jell-O dissolved.
- In small amounts, add cream cheese.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add pineapple (juice and all) and oranges which have been cut in 2 pieces if large.
- Add a small amount of orange juice.
- Add 7-Up.
- Pour into an 11 x 7 (or about this size) pan.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Chill until firm.
