Ingredients
- 3 medium butternut squash
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- vanilla-butternut flavoring
- 1 pie shell
Method
- Cut outer skin away from squash.
- Cut
- in pieces.
- Cook inside meat by boiling on stove until soft.
- Remove and drain. Add eggs and beat.
- Add flour, sugar, flavorings and milk. Mix until lumps are gone.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake
- at
- 350° to 375° until firm.
