Ingredients
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 6 to 8 medium onions
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Saute onions in butter until clear.
- Put in pie shell; add sour cream and beaten eggs.
- Pour on top of onions.
- Bake at 475° for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350° and bake 40 minutes more.
