Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 6 to 8 small potatoes
- 4 small carrots
Method
- In skillet, brown chops; pour off fat.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Cover.
- Simmer 45 minutes or until tender.
- (This can be altered to as few or as many pork chops as you want.
- The more pork chops you use, the more of the other ingredients you use.)
