Ingredients
- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 can French fried onion rings
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 onion, quartered
Method
- Wash spinach; remove stems.
- Tear in bite-size pieces.
- In a tall bottle, mix dry ingredients first, then add liquid ingredients, mixing well.
- Put onion in for flavor, but remove at serving.
- Makes enough dressing for 2 bags of spinach.
