Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweeted soy milk
- 1 packet Stevia or 1 tablespoon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
Method
- Mix the soy milk, vanilla and cinnamon
- Heat over low heat or microwave to desired tempeture.
- Remove from heat add stevia and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Serve immediatly and enjoy
