- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- celery salt
- paprika
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. sherry/white wine or less
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- In a crock-pot, place chicken on bottom.
- Sprinkle with paprika and celery salt.
- Mix in soups (I use low-fat soups, now available in markets), sherry and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on low setting approximately 8 to 10 hours.
- Serve with or over rice.
