- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chiles, cut in half lengthwise and seeded, divided
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded medium Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. milk
- 4 eggs. beaten
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 4 dashes of hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet, stirring to crumble beef; drain well.
- Stir in 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper, and set aside.
