- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small can tomato sauce and 1 can water
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 12 oz. cooked noodles
- 1 small pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Method
- Fry hamburger; drain off fat.
- Add tomato sauce, water, tomato paste, garlic powder, oregano, sweet basil, salt and sugar; simmer.
- Mix sour cream, yogurt and scallions with cooked noodles. In a serving dish, layer hamburger mixture, then noodle mixture. Top with cheese.
