Ingredients
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup
- 1 can water
- pieces of chicken (at least 1 per serving)
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or dry flakes
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Method
- Mix soups, water, rice and parsley in bottom of flat baking dish.
- Place chicken pieces on top of mixture and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
- Cover with foil; bake 2 hours at 350°.
