Ingredients
- 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 graham cracker crust
Method
- In saucepan, mix gelatine and spices; blend in eggs, beaten with milk.
- Let stand for 1 minute.
- Heat over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 10 minutes.
- Stir constantly.
- Blend in potatoes.
- Pour mixture into prepared crust. Chill until firm.
- May be served with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
