Ingredients
- 1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat or shrimp
- 2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. grated onions
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Flake crabmeat and toss with mayonnaise and onions.
- Spoon onto canape bases. Sprinkle generously with cheese. Broil 3 inches from source of heat, 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
- Serve hot.
