Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Butter softened
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour unsifted
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 c. Apples shredded
  • 3/4 c. Oats uncooked
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp Soda
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 6 ounce Chocolate chips
  • 1 c. Minced pecans
  • 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp Lowfat milk

Method

  • Beat butter and sugars till creamy.
  • Add egg and vanilla and beat.
  • Add dry ingredients and beat till smooth.
  • Stir in apples and oats.
  • Spread proportionately on generously greased pizza pan.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till golden brown.
  • Remove from oven.
  • While warm sprinkle with 1
  • (6 oz) package chocolate chips.
  • Let stand till soft then spread.
  • Sprinkle 1 c. minced pecans on top of chocolate.
  • Sift 1/2 c. powdered sugar, add in 2 tsp.
  • lowfat milk.
  • Mix till smooth.
  • Drizzle on top of pizza cookie.JM.
